CANCELLATION POLICY

** Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Policy** Please note a 15 minute grace period will be allowed for all appointments. Arrivals after 15 minutes will result in a **20% cancellation fee**. I understand that circumstances can change, but to ensure I can serve all of my clients effectively, I require at least a 1 hour notice for cancellations. For client no-show and cancellations made **less than 1 hour** before your scheduled appointment a **20% cancellation fee** will apply. This fee covers a portion of the time reserved for your appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain the best possible service for all of my clients. Thank you!
